Serves as staff liaison to state-level Young Farmer and Rancher Committee and the Promotion and Education Committee. Advisor to NDSU Collegiate Farm Bureau.

North Dakota Agriculture in the Classroom contact representative. Coordinates Food, Land and People workshops for the ND Agriculture in the Classroom Council.

Focus and Leader Update editor, news releases, assists public policy division with information dissemination, Route 1000.

Provides support and leadership development opportunities for Farm Bureau members in Burleigh, Morton, Oliver, Mercer, Grant, Adams, Hettinger, Stark, Dunn, McKenzie, Golden Valley and Bowman counties. Finsaas also has staff oversight of the Dickinson State University Collegiate Farm Bureau.

Provides support and leadership development opportunities for Farm Bureau members in Divide, Williams, Burke, Mountrail, Renville, Ward, McLean, Bottineau, McHenry, Sheridan, Rolette and Pierce counties.
