Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 (10-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
1 (16-oz) can fat-free refried beans
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. black olives, sliced
4 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning. Drain grease. Unroll pizza dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread dough over the bottom of the pan and up the sides. Bake dough for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven. Microwave refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute. Spread over the crust. Top with the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and then top with tomatoes, black olives and green onions. Return pizza to oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Makes 12 servings. Per Serving: about 250 calories, 8 grams (g) of fat, 23 g carbohydrate, 21 g protein and 560 mg sodium
