Frozen corn five ways

Who doesn't love a fresh ear of corn on the cob? But frozen corn is delicious and just as healthy.

According to Erica Gavey, RD, Nutritionist Consultant, Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion, USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service in Food and Nutrition, frozen corn is a great vegetable to incorporate into any meal or side dish. "It adds a touch of sweetness to the dish it complements. It’s quick and easy to prepare—no washing or chopping needed (what a time saver), plus it’s versatile and delicious.
