The Minnesota Ag in the Classroom Council shared this holiday baking video for peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies, and well, it just made us hungry for cookies!

Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chunks (makes 24+)
Instructions
1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1/3 c. old fashioned oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. unsalted butter (room temp.)
1/4 c. honey
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
5 oz. semisweet choc. chunks
Instructions
Beat peanut butter, brown sugar, butter, honey, egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients in 2 additions. Stir in chocolate chunks. Cover and Refrigerate 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter baking sheets. Roll dough in balls. Bake 12 minutes. Leave on baking sheet 5 minutes to cool.
