Choclate Zucchini Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cocoa
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together with a mixer. Pour into a prepared 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and chocolate chips on top before baking. Bake for 45 minutes.
