Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin
8 slices bacon
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
2 lbs pork tenderloin
Preheat oven to 400. Fry bacon until lightly browned but still flexible. Drain some of the bacon grease from the skillet.
Combine garlic powder, season salt, basil, and oregano in small bowl.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on all sides of the pork tenderloin.
Place the tenderloin back into the bacon grease and fry 2-3 minutes on each side.
Take tenderloin out and wrap it with bacon strips securing with toothpicks. Place in oven until pork is no longer pink in the center or it has an internal temp of 145.
