Biscuits and Gravy
Need a quick and easy go-to supper idea on cold winter evening? Biscuits and gravy is a crowd pleaser, and this recipe is super easy!

1 can of Pillsbury biscuits (I typically like to use the flaky layers biscuits, or croissants from the bargain bin)
1 1/2 lbs pork sausage
1 package PIONEER Country Sausage flavor gravy mix
Bake biscuits according to the package
Brown the meat while the biscuits are cooking.
Prepare the gravy mix as stated on the package while meat is browning
When meat is done browning, add the prepared gravy mix over the meat, stir.
Serve gravy/meat mixture over the biscuits
(I serve with eggs and fresh fruit to make a full meal)
