Guac at 100
Ingredients
3-4 very ripe avocados (Press thumb into top. If it gives, it's ripe)
Lemon juice (1/2 capful to start, more to taste)
Chopped green chilis (1 small can)
Hot salsa (1 1/2 Tbs. per avocado or to taste)
Mild or medium salsa (for extra flavor)
1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
Lawry's season salt
Garlic salt
Sour cream
Instructions
It's all about tasting with this recipe. Mash avocados and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add 1-2 Tbs. green chilis, plus juice from can. Stir in onion, salsa and salts. Add 3 Tbs. sour cream and stire. Taste and add more if needed. Or add more hot sauce or mild sauce and taste again. Just keep adding and tasting until you hit the sweet spot!
