Beef Italian Meatballs

Here’s some supper inspiration for you, Italian beef meatballs. An easy weeknight dinner that can be whipped up in 30 min or less!


1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs or crackers
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup onion (grated or finely chopped)
1/2 cup cheese (grated)
2 cloves garlic (grated)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp thyme
Add other spices you’d like
Other additions I add
1 carrot (grated)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2-1 tbsp hot sauce


Mix all ingredients together. Heat skillet with oil or butter, form balls, and brown meatballs. Once they’re browned place them into an oven safe pan. Top browned meatballs with crushed tomatoes or pasta sauce (I did both), add additional seasonings (if you’d like), top with Parmesan cheese (I didn’t have any at the time) and bake at 350 for 15 min or until done. We paired ours with some leftover green beans, salad, and cheese bread.
