Rhubarb cheesecake bars

Ingredients:
Crust
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
dash of salt
Filling
1 egg
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut into pieces
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions:
Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press half of mixture into bottom of a 9-inch square pan (reserve the rest for topping).
For the filling, Combine cream cheese and egg; and other filling ingredients. Blend well, and pour over crust.
Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. When cooled, store in the refrigerator.
