Stick-to-your-ribs Sausage Breakfast
This is a hearty, breakfast that is sure to please anyone!

2 cups croutons
2 lbs. sausage (browned)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of evaporated milk
Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray or coat w/margarine.
Place croutons over bottom of pan.
Spread cooked sausage over croutons.
Spread cheese over sausage.
Mix eggs with milk and pour over top of cheese-sausage mix.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, mix evaporated milk with cream of mushroom soup and spread over refrigerated casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until top begins to turn brown.
