Yesterday, in preparation for the blizzard, Kelli Bowen shared her go-to foods for blizzards, and these crockpot potatoes are making us drool!
Super Easy Crockpot Potatoes
Cut up potatoes into small bite-size pieces, leave the skin on, and then mix 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, and any seasoning you want. I use oregano, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese and mix it all together, pour over the potatoes. Stir it up, cover and leave on high for 4 hours. Do NOT peek.
