Beltone Hearing Tests and Aides
Free exams and discounts for NDFB members
Beltone offices provide the following services for NDFB members at Beltone primary and secondary offices, as well as any service center location:
Free Otoscopic Ear Exams
Free Hearing Tests
Free Video Otoscope Exams with appointment
30-day return privilege on all fittings with full refund on the price of the aid(s)
$40 off any brand of hearing aid brought in to be repaired (if repairable)
** Must mention discount at the time the aid is brought in for repair. Discount is not allowed once the aid has been repaired.
Discounts off retail list prices of Beltone Hearing Instruments:
Digitals -- $1,000 off on a set, $400 off one instrument
Programmables -- $700 off on a set, $300 off one instrument
Non-Programmables -- $500 off on a set, $200 off one instrument
