Mental Health and Stress Reduction

Featuring Dr. Josie Rudolphi 

Rudolphi spoke during the 2019 Farm and Ranch Conference. She is an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Rudolphi’s research and outreach focuses on farm stress and mental health, agricultural safety and health, and child agricultural injury prevention. She uses quantitative methods to estimate the prevalence of anxiety, depression, suicidality among farming populations and identify risk and protective factors for adverse mental health outcomes.
