This course “wrote the book” on Ag Literacy and community connections. The Summer Ag Institute is designed to provide educators with professional development training in agricultural literacy through workshops and hands-on demonstrations. This course will utilize the elementary level workshops/concepts with additional lessons and resources from the National Agricultural Literacy Curriculum Matrix.
