NDFB State Annual Meeting

Reminder! Please make your room reservations for the 84th Annual Meeting directly with the Bismarck Hotel and Convention Center.

Room rate is $119 per night, room block reservations needed by October 28.

Convention early bird registration is live!  Register by October 15 for reduced pricing.

If you need to cancel your annual meeting registration, you must do so by November 13th for a full refund.

When purchasing from the registry, you can have your item shipped either to the Bismarck office or to your own address.

• Shipping to the Bismarck office: Please include a note during checkout indicating which county is donating the item.
• Purchasing locally: If you'd rather buy an item from a local store or business, please mark that item as purchased within the registry.

Counties are also encouraged to let Joey Bailey at joey@ndfb.org or Sam Froelich at SFroelich@fibt.com know ahead of time if they plan to contribute, whether donating an item from the registry or something not listed. The more communication, the better!

Note: The registry will close one week before the auction to allow time for items to be delivered.
