Maartje works with her family's dairy in Carrington, N.D., and has recently opened Cows and Co Creamery producing artisan gelato, authentic gouda cheese, and cheddar cheese curds all made with their farm fresh milk.

Maartje was featured on Forbes 30 under 30 in 2021.
