Topic: Issues
NDFB awarded Congressman Kevin Cramer the “Friend of Farm Bureau” award today.
“The Farm Bureau has been an excellent friend and advisor to me in Congress,” said Cramer. “I appreciate the opportunity I have to represent North Dakota’s rich agriculture industry in Washington. I will continue to support policies that work for our farmers and ranchers and make North Dakota’s voice heard.”
Congressman Cramer has received the “Friend of Farm Bureau” award multiple times, demonstrating his strong commitment to North Dakota agriculture.
“Congressman Cramer has proven to be the leader on regulatory reform and agency accountability; allowing farmers and ranchers to pursue freedom, opportunity and self-reliance on their farms and ranches,” said Daryl Lies, NDFB President. “NDFB values Congressman Cramer’s dedication to providing producers with the opportunity to do what they do best – take care of the land, their animals and provide nutritious and sustainable food.”
The American Farm Bureau gives the “Friend of Farm Bureau” award to members of Congress who have supported Farm Bureau’s positions on policy issues and who were nominated by their respective state Farm Bureau.
