Gross joins NDFB staff

Bismarck, N.D. – NDFB has hired Megan Gross as the Northwest Field Representative.

Gross grew up near Napoleon, N.D. Her family operates a commercial, spring calving, cow-calf herd. Their farm also produces cash crops such as corn, wheat and soybeans.

Before joining NDFB, Gross worked in feed sales, providing both nutritional support and sales expertise to livestock producers. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from North Dakota State University, followed by a master’s degree in Ruminant Nutrition from Oklahoma State University.

Megan truly loves agriculture and enjoys working with people," said NDFB Director of Organizational Development Joey Bailey. "She's very observant, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. Her deep appreciation for NDFB’s mission and values makes her a true asset to our team."

Gross will provide support and leadership development opportunities for NDFB members in Divide, Williams, Burke, Mountrail, Renville, Ward, McLean, Sheridan, Bottineau, McHenry, Rolette and Pierce counties.
