Have you signed up your teen driver for a Route 1000 class yet? Classes are scheduled throughout the state, starting in March 23.

To participate, the teen must be a licensed driver under the age of 18 and must attend, with a parent or legal guardian, a one-hour safety class. At the end of the class, the teen must sign an agreement promising to follow the key points covered in the short course.

After 1,000 days of safe driving with no traffic tickets and/or accidents caused by the teen, he or she will receive a $500 check.
