Miss America highlight of Food Awareness Week

North Dakota State University Collegiate Farm Bureau and Cass County Farm Bureau are bringing Miss America 2011, Teresa Scanlan, to Fargo for Food Awareness Week.

The activities get underway on April 2 with a barbeque by Shepperd Arena and culminate with Teresa's talk on Wednesday, April 4 at 7 p.m. in the Alumni Center.

On Tuesday evening, N.D. Department of Agriculture Director of Marketing and Information, Katie Pinke, and NDFB Young Farmer and Rancher Coordinator Sarah Wilson will be speaking about activism in agriculture at the Alumni Center at 7 p.m.
