New place, new bundle of joy

As I look back on the last year, a lot of changes and obstacles were overcome. I started working for NDFB last January; my husband, Max, and I made it through our first year of marriage (and our first calving season working together); and one of the biggest changes in the last year was that we bought our own place. I look back and realize all these changes came with lot of work, but I wouldn’t change a thing. I get to work with some of the best people, and my husband and I are successfully on our way to expanding our cattle operation.

Looking into the coming year, more changes and challenges are ahead of us. The biggest change in our lives is that we are expecting our first baby in February. We are so excited and blessed to be starting our family on our own place.
