New year, new me

New year, new me. Isn’t that what most people say going into a new year? Whether it’s new things you want to start doing, or old habits you want to quit, setting goals and resolutions isn’t an uncommon thing to hear people doing this time of year. 

Most people see the new year as a fresh start. I see the new year as a chance to look back and see everything I accomplished, but also reflect on things that maybe didn’t go the best in the last year. I also try to create new goals or aspirations I would like to complete this year. 

Lots of people also use this time to set goals for the next five to ten years.
