See you later, Jaycee

When I started working for NDFB, I often heard the term “Farm Bureau Family.” At the time, I didn’t fully understand the meaning behind those words. But as NDFB says see you later to our Northwest Field Representative Jaycee Searer, I ponder those words, and I get it. I understand the magnitude and validity of the words, Farm Bureau Family.

I had the privilege of hiring Jaycee a year-and-a-half ago. I knew she would be an amazing asset to the team. She is outgoing, always ready for a challenge and she is a breath of fresh air. In her short time at NDFB, she became part of the family.
