The future of ag

“Education is key.” We hear it all the time. The NDFB Promotion and Education committee encourages youth to focus on their education while in high school as well as continuing that education. Every year at the NDFB Annual Meeting the committee holds a silent auction with all the proceeds going towards money to provide scholarships for those who we feel have excelled, contributed to their community, or want to continue their education to achieve an agriculture related career. This year, through the NDFB Foundation, we were able to award eight individual $1,000 scholarships.
