Thursday is Giving Hearts Day

Giving Hearts Day is February 9. To be honest, I wasn’t too sure what the day was all about. After doing some research, however, I discovered what a great opportunity this is. Giving Hearts Day helps charities across the state raise money each year, and helps charities spread their message to the public by offering a larger platform for the day.

Giving Hearts Day began in 2008 and is a 24-hour event for charities in North Dakota and Minnesota. It’s the longest-running giving day in the country and has helped participating charities raise more than $138 million since its inception.
