Verona photographer places in national contest
Plessner's photo of her husband, Kent, on the right, and agronomist Jerome Freeberg, skillfully captures "new technology" while gently reminding us that some are still more comfortable with more traditional printed information. Despite the differences, however, "new" and "old" can and do get along. In fact, Katherine says Freeberg has become a good friend.
Twelve photographs submitted by 10 Farm Bureau members and staff were selected as the winners of the 2015 nation-wide Farm Bureau Photo Contest. Winners were selected in each of the four categories of the 2015 photo contest, held by the American Farm Bureau Federation together with the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture. Winning photos accurately portray today’s farm and ranch families and their efforts to engage with consumers while maintaining a safe and healthy place to work and live.
