Video contest deadline extended
Created: 9/05/13 (Thu) | Topic: Education
The North Dakota Farm Bureau Promotion and Education Committee is has extended the deadline for its video contest to September 15! The theme of the contest is "I am Agriculture." The purpose of this contest is to have people show how agriculture affects their lives.
"Everyone is affected by agriculture every day, even if they aren’t a farmer or rancher," said NDFB’s Director of Development Joey Tigges. "We want to know your agriculture story!"
Winners will be asked to tell their story at the North Dakota Farm Bureau annual meeting in November. In addition to being honored at our annual meeting the two winners selected will each receive $250 cash.
The video should be posted on YouTube. To enter the contest you must leave the YouTube video link on the Promotion and Education Facebook page. The video with the most likes will be the viewer’s choice, and the Promotion and Education committee will vote on another winner. Each "share" counts for two likes, so encourage your family and friends to share your story. The videos cannot be longer than three minutes.
If you have any questions please contact Joey Tigges at 701-298-2227 or jtigges@ndfb.org.
