YF&R is growing tomorrow's leaders

Created: 9/27/11 (Tue) | Topic: Leadership

Since the beginning, North Dakota Farm Bureau understood its responsibilities toward young people.

The Young Farmer and Rancher program began in 1952, although at the time is was called the Young Adult Committee.

The program has grown into one that is focused on providing an avenue of expression, a leadership training ground and a birthplace of ideas for all young farmers and ranchers.

In fact, many YF&R leaders have gone on to become county Farm Bureau leaders and even representatives on the NDFB Board of Directors.

North Dakota Farm Bureau is growing tomorrow’s leaders, through the YF&R program. To learn more, go to the YF&R page.
