NDFB is accepting applications for volunteers to run for leadership positions on the NDFB State Board of Directors.

The NDFB Nominee Assessment Worksheet was developed by a special county leadership committee to help surface and introduce state board candidates to NDFB’s membership.

“As a member-driven organization, NDFB relies on volunteers to help carry out our vision through a strong belief in freedom, opportunity and self-reliance,” said NDFB Executive Vice President and CEO, Jeffrey Missling.

Elections will be held at the NDFB Annual Meeting in November for Districts 2, 4 and 8. (See map)

County Farm Bureaus are responsible for completing the assessment worksheet, with the goal of having at least two people running for each position.

“We feel it is important to provide our members with choices in candidates to vote on and subsequently represent them. Hopefully, by surfacing more candidates for those positions, we can have a more vibrant election process,” Missling said.

The worksheet should be submitted as soon as possible. For more information, contact Jeffrey Missling.
